Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access, register, or use any service provided by six6s through its website at six6s.bar or through any associated mobile web interface. These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

By accessing the six6s platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are accessing six6s on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

six6s reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use six6s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by six6s or any other gaming platform.
• You must be accessing six6s from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party for the purpose of placing wagers or using platform services.

six6s reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by six6s will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an account, including any winnings generated, will be forfeited in their entirety. six6s will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the enforcement of this age verification policy.

Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the six6s platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. six6s employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, including analysis of device identifiers, IP addresses, payment method details, and identity document numbers.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration or verification process. Providing inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. six6s will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify six6s without delay if you become aware of, or have reason to suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. six6s will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or your delay in reporting unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the six6s platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). six6s does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. six6s does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which six6s accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests. six6s reserves the right to request documentary verification of your payment method prior to processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawal requests that meet all verification requirements are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays (including Eid and Bangladesh national holidays), or where additional verification is required.

• six6s reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or identity verification failure.
• Players must not use the six6s platform as a payment processing or money transfer service. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity may be returned to the originating payment method less any applicable transaction fees.
• six6s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile financial service providers such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Bonuses & Promotions

six6s offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all six6s bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• six6s reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for any bonus offer and to withhold or withdraw bonus funds where eligibility criteria are not met.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the exploitation of software errors, or coordinated betting to guarantee outcomes regardless of the result, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

six6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, including after a player has commenced wagering activity related to that promotion, where there is evidence of abuse or technical error.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, slots, fishing games, and other gaming products available on the six6s platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

In the case of sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), baseball, and other markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. six6s does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except where a clear platform technical error has occurred.
• six6s reserves the right to void any bet where a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or incorrect data feed, regardless of whether the player has already been credited with winnings.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief delays. six6s accepts no responsibility for bets placed on markets that have already been determined at the time of wager placement, where such determination was not yet reflected in the live data feed.

All casino games, slots, and arcade games available on six6s use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally recognised studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all RNG games are independently verified and cannot be influenced by six6s or the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6s platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals:

• Fraudulent activity: including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; identity theft; or the provision of false documentation.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting: placing wagers solely to exploit pricing discrepancies between markets without genuine gaming intent.
• Match-fixing: placing bets on sporting events where the player has knowledge of, or is involved in, the manipulation of the outcome.
• Use of automated tools: deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to interact with the platform without prior written consent from six6s.
• Money laundering: using the six6s platform for the purpose of concealing, transferring, or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity.
• Account sharing: allowing any third party to access or operate your six6s account, or accessing a third party's account, for any purpose.
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through a financial institution in respect of a confirmed deposit, without first raising the matter with six6s support.

six6s cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, and related criminal activity. Player information may be disclosed to relevant authorities as required by applicable law or where six6s has a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.

Account Suspension & Closure

six6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the inactivity fee policy in effect at the time.
• Instruction from a competent legal authority or financial institution.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, may be forfeited at six6s's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the six6s support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to the registered payment method in the normal course.

Intellectual Property

All content on the six6s platform — including but not limited to the six6s brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6s platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any six6s content for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Any unauthorised use of six6s intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6s, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the six6s platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in platform availability.
• Errors in odds, game results, or market data that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

six6s provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its services.

Privacy & Data

six6s collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at six6s.bar/privacy-policy. By using the six6s platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

six6s implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard data security practices to protect player information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and six6s cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. six6s operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the six6s platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and six6s support shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits six6s's right to seek emergency or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
